Ghada Sousou runs the European Real Estate and Private Equity Practices within Armstrong International.Ghada originally joined the company in the Private Equity team and has since built a successful Real Estate practice.She works on a pan-European basis and has successfully placed senior professionals across regional areas for our clients including Asset Managers, Country Heads, and Investment Professionals.

Prior to joining Armstrong International, she spent five years as a Fund Manager at Wafra Investment Advisory Group in New York.During her time with Wafra, she was responsible for building and managing a portfolio of equity and treasury investments in Latin America, Southern Europe and the Middle East.On moving to the UK, Ghada founded Varnish Ltd., where she looked into establishing the first chain of Nail Bars in the UK.

Ghada graduated from Boston College and with BA in Computer Science and completed an MBA at Babson Graduate School focusing on Entrepreneurship and Finance.Ghada speaks fluent Arabic and French and basic Spanish.
