Jocelyn Soulet born to a Polynesian dancer and a lieutenant in the Navy, traveling throughout the US.The family settled outside Houston, Texas where she attended the High School for the Performing and Visual Arts.At a young age Ms. Soulet had the opportunity to study dance under the late Camille Hill Long, a friend of Ted Shawn and a dance and tap mentor to Tommy Tume, Margo Sappington and others.

A resident for two years in Israel, Ms. Soulet worked in the Bat Dor company and studied graphic computer design.Upon returning to the United States she contacted Ms. Larkin and joined the Summer Intensive Dance Workshop that Ms. Larkin conducts at Adelphi.A recent member, Jocelyn dances the role of Ruth St Denis in Joyce Trisler's Four Against The Gods.
