   Aileen Soper, Research Analyst and Writer, works with Lash Group's Education Consulting Group. Ms. Soper produces copy for client and internal publications including newsletters, magazines, brochures, educational presentations, and online content. She writes and edits articles for national health care publications including Oncology NOW, Pharmaceutical Executive, and Oncologistics. Ms. Soper also assists with Lash Group's strategic marketing and public relations efforts, new business development, reimbursement updates, and consulting projects.
   
   Previously, she provided complex reimbursement support and patient assistance for several products including a physician-administered injectable therapy designed for infants at risk of developing respiratory syncytial virus. Ms. Soper also worked with Lash Group's Medicaid payer research team.
   
   Before joining Lash Group, she spent five years as a daily newspaper journalist in Charlotte and Philadelphia, covering issues including crime, federal and state courts, public safety and government, and honing her research, interviewing, and writing skills. Ms. Soper received a B.A. in political science from Barnard College of Columbia Unversity in New York City.
