Joining Agrani in December 2000, Mr. Sood took over as Sr. Manager Services, responsible for overall control & supervision of Service Centers, handling repairs & servicing of wide range of products in TIME ( Telecom, Information Technology ,Media & Entertainment ) arena.He brings around 17 years of rich experience in the field of customer support and services.

Prior to joining Agrani, Mr. Sood was with CMS as the Regional Manager (Facilities Management Services).His prior tenures in USHA Microprocessors, Methodex Systems, Blue Star Ltd., ABB and Unicorp Overseas - where he was involved in system integration and service business project implementation at Singapore, Vietnam, Sri Lanka, Cambodia and Malaysia - have given him valuable insight and experience in field of customer support and services.

Mr. Sood completed his Bachelors in Engineering (Electrical) in 1983 from REC Kurukshetra.
