Mr. Sanjaya Sood

Mr. Sanjaya Sood has been appointed as the President and the COO of Talisma Corporation, Aditi Technologies' parent company in the US.

Sanjaya Sood has joined the company as President and COO from SchlumbergerTM, Ltd., and Michael D. McClure, previously of MarketwaveTM Corp. (now AccrueTM Software, Inc.), is the company's new vice president of product marketing and business development.

As president and COO, Sanjaya Sood will be based in Talisma's Kirkland, Washington headquarters and will have responsibility for all operations of Talisma and its India-based consulting group, Aditi Corp.All executive staff will report to Mr. Sood, enabling former president and now CEO, Pradeep Singh to concentrate on the strategic direction of Talisma.

Mr. Sood comes to Talisma with over 18 years tenure at Schlumberger, Ltd., a multi-billion dollar international organization focused on providing technology and services to the oil, telecommunications and semiconductor industries.He spent the last five years as vice president and general manager in-charge of India.Sood was responsible for establishing Schlumberger's presence in India in the smart cards, telecom and metering segments.He was also responsible for growing Schlumberger's long established presence in the oil industry in India.Prior to that he held several senior management positions in Europe and the Middle East, including director of personnel and country manager.While at the company he enjoyed the experience of multi-cultural operations, working with people of 22 different nationalities on his team.He has lived in nine different countries and is conversant with several languages.Sood has a Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology.
