Sanjay Sood, President - KPO

Sanjay has over seven years of experience in Healthcare Operations in the KPO industry. In July 2006, Sanjay was appointed to the position of Vice President - KPO for Visnova Solutions as a result of his proven management skills.

Throughout his career, Sanjay has worn many hats making him a master of all trades in the KPO/BPO industry. Sanjay's accomplishments include successfully leading numerous large turnaround projects and restructuring projects for various clients in the US and UK. Sanjay's responsibilities within Visnova include leading the KPO Division of 150 employees, acquisition and alliance strategy, sales and marketing, major client strategy and developing new service offerings.

Sanjay is an MBA with specialization in Information Technology with a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from Delhi University in India. His previous employment experience includes his tenure with Tecnova India Pvt. Ltd. as a Project Manager for the BPO Division.
