Sanj Sood is a partner in the Litigation Group. PracticeSanj's practice encompasses all aspects of commercial litigation including insolvency, commercial lease and shareholders' disputes.He has appeared as counsel on motions, applications and trials on the Commercial List and in the Superior Court of Justice, and as counsel on appeals in the Divisional Court and before the Court of Appeal.

Sanj has represented clients before various administrative boards and tribunals in Ontario.He has developed a niche practice in defending individuals and private companies charged with regulatory offences pursuant to provincial statutes including the Fisheries Act, Pesticides Act and the Environmental Protection Act and acts for commercial carriers charged with offences under the Highway Traffic Act.

He engages in pro bono work through the Child Advocacy Program sponsored by The Advocates' Society, Pro Bono Law Ontario and Justice for Children and Youth.

Sanj Sood Sanj is a partner and a member of the Litigation Group. Sanj practises in the areas of commercial, civil and insolvency litigation, and has represented clients at hearings in the Superior Court of Justice, the Federal Court of Canada and the Court of Appeal. He has also represented clients before various administrative boards and tribunals, as well as at mediations. Sanj spends hours planning his next backpacking expedition, and as a fanatical Manchester United supporter, takes perverse pleasure in reminding Dave Stevens that Arsenal always has been and always will be a second-rate team.
