Country Electrical Distributors Limited import and distribute electrical products for commercial and industrial use. Based in Dagenham, Essex with a strategically placed sales team across the UK, they are ideally positioned to serve the entire country, providing fast and efficient service to electrical wholesalers.

The firm was established in 1984 and currently employs 28 members of staff. Around four years ago, a customer recommended the services of Rickard Keen. According to director Ravi Sood, they were instantly interested in engaging their services. "They were very friendly people," says Ravi, "and were very helpful in answering our questions."

Rickard Keen audit Countrywide Electrical's accounts as well as advising the directors on various accounting and taxation matters. They recently assisted Ravi and his colleague with a management buyout transaction which involved buying out the third shareholder, leaving the two of them to run the company.

"They helped with everything," says Ravi.
