Tanya Sobol

Tanya Sobol is an attorney practicing real estate and business law in Denver, Colorado.She received a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Colorado School of Law and B.A., magna cum laude, Communications from Villanova University.Focusing her studies on international environmental law, Tanya was one of the founding research associates with what is now the Center for Energy and Environmental Security.In her published article, An NGO's Fight to Save Ukraine's Danube Delta: The Case for Granting NGOs Formal Powers of Enforcement, she argues that nongovernmental associations, such as Global Response, must be given greater role in enforcing international environmental law and a voice in global decision-making.
