ROSALIND B. BISSELL SOBOL, 64, of Belleville died Thursday.Before retiring four years ago, she was a teacher in the Clifton school system, where she worked for 40 years, and was a member of the New Jersey Education Association and the Clifton Teachers Association.She was a graduate of Douglass College, New Brunswick, and received a master's degree from Kean College, Union.Arrangements: S.W.
