Ann has been involved in ministry in the professional realm and as a life calling.She has served our Lord through various non-profit organizations such as the American Red Cross and Regional Food Banks, as a CEO.With a heart for helping organizations grow to meet current demands, Ann provides a focus on planning, fund raising, and board development.

God called Ann to a life of service at a young age."Giving is in my heart; learning how to give internationally has been a gift.Working with people all over the world has humbled my 'western' views and brought clear reminders of just how much God really does do in everyone's lives."

Tim has been married to Ann for 25 years, and their involvement with Global Teams has been energized and channeled largely through their friendship with Kevin and Susan Higgins dating back to seminary days in the early 1980's.
