Over the course of five years, he read well over 5,000 application essays and interviewed hundreds of college-bound seniors-experiences that will benefit St. Luke's students. Nat is also a former special education teacher and tennis professional, coaching tennis to some of the country's top junior players. He holds a B.S. from Skidmore College. Nat and his wife, Heather, live in Westport.

In addition, after five years as Associate Director of Admissions at Skidmore College, Nat Smitobol joins us as Associate Director of College Counseling. On top of his responsibilities as Associate Director, Mr. Smitobol achieved remarkable success overseeing all of Skidmore's multicultural recruitment efforts. Also a former special education teacher and tennis professional (he was an instructor as well as a Prince Pro-Team Player in California from 1999-2003), Mr. Smitobol - like Ms. Bell - has devoted his professional life to education.
