    Scott Smith, RCDD, CCNA, MCSA is a consultant, network architect and telecommunications trainer. He is the owner of Vertex Consulting, Inc., a consulting firm specializing in computer networking and data communications. The company's goal is to provide professional consulting and training services to clients based on extensive experience in data communications, voice and video networks, network management and design consulting. Specific specialty areas include Microsoft systems administration, internetworking implementation incorporating routers, firewalls and switches, long range planning, telecommunications cabling systems design, requests for proposal, vendor/product evaluations and project management.
