Our speaker was our northern venturing former member Lynn Smith who works for British Petroleum (BP). Lynn reported on oil and gas drilling on the North Slope of Alaska. Lynn works out of Prudhoe Bay. He's worked their since 1968, other than his brief two year stint in Yakima and says oil and gas are in his blood.
