Lincoln Smith is a senior associate in Thomson Playford's workplace relations group, and has more than 7 years' experience in all aspects of industrial relations and employment law.

Lincoln provides legal and strategic advice in employment and industrial matters including workplace change, restructuring and enterprise bargaining.He has considerable experience advising clients on the drafting and implementation of AWAs, termination of employment and the enterprise bargaining process in Australia.

Lincoln's workplace relations experience is enhanced by valuable management experience gained during two substantial terms as the State Employee Relations Manager for a large Australian manufacturer.During this time, he was responsible for day-to-day HR issues and was actively involved in certified agreement negotiations with several unions.

Lincoln has handled major industrial issues in manufacturing, construction, transport, hospitality, cleaning, media and other industries.
