Joyce Smith, Director, Professional Services, Takeback & Recycling Joyce joined SCA in November 2003 with broad functional experience in finance, product marketing, program marketing, and process management for technology manufacturers and distributors; and subject matter expertise in customer take-back initiatives. She is now Senior Director for Takeback Programs at SCA. Prior to SCA she spent eight years at NCR developing worldwide trade-in/trade-up programs, managing disposition programs for excess and obsolete product, and directing liquidation projects for the excess AT&T and NCR PC products during the AT&T / NCR merger. After NCR Joyce worked for a consultancy specializing in customer take-back programs. Joyce has her Masters in Industrial Administration and her BS in Management from Purdue University.
