Joyce is Branch Manager of Sherwood Place in Regina.
As Branch Manager, Joyce leads her team in the pursuit of providing excellent service to area members and customers.
She believes that trust, respect and empowering her staff have all contributed to a strong team culture within her branch resulting in service excellence and a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for both members and staff.
Throughout her career with Conexus Joyce has taken on many roles, including teller, investment representative and lender in the areas of consumer, mortgage, agricultural and commercial lending.
Joyce has worked in many rural and urban credit unions, which she believes brings a unique perspective to her managerial experience.
