  Graham has recently joined the AppLabs/IS Integration management team, heading up the company's southern regional division.Graham has worked in the testing industry for over twenty years, where his first exposure to testing was an on line new business system in 1984.Graham progressed from here into Test/Project Management, principally in the financial sector, and has been involved in a number of major IT programmes ranging from Platform Migrations, Demutualisation, Y2K, Stakeholder, Document Image and Workflow, Contact Centre and E-Commerce initiatives.
  
  After leaving the financial services industry, Graham held the position of programme/relationship manager for a software vendor which supplied solutions to the Life and Pensions industry.From this position, Graham moved to work for IS Integration two years ago.

  Prior to his new position as Senior Vice President, European Business, Graham was the Head of Client Engagement of AppLabs in Europe.He had sole responsibility for developing and managing the sales team on existing client engagements throughout Europe.In his new role, he will be in charge of AppLabs' business development in Europe, as well as continuing to provide strategic consulting to the company's existing and new clients.He will have direct responsibility for all employees (circa 300) who work within the European business.As a thought leader within the banking, financial services and insurance industries, Graham is active in generating industry news and comment around quality and risk mitigation within these markets.
