Graham has been working in the health industry for more than 28 years.During that time he has held many senior roles within Queensland Health, including the management of hospitals and health services, planning for health services, and negotiating service agreements and budgets.

Graham has a Bachelor of Business in Health Administration (with Distinction) from the Queensland University of Technology and a Masters of Business Administration from Deakin University.He is a Fellow of the Australian College of Health Services Executives, and is presently the Registrar on State Branch Council.
