  Doug holds a B.S. and M.S. in engineering from Ohio State University, with graduate work in mergers and acquisitions.He serves as a guest lecturer at OSU for business strategy and market implementation, and is a member of the Ohio State University Advisory Board.He also provides mentoring to MBA candidates through the R.H. Smith School of Business, University of Maryland, and works with the Chesapeake Innovation Center as an advisor to entrepreneurs.
