Private Investigator Donald E. Smith is licensed through the State of Michigan, License #1146 and the State of Florida, License #A2300085 with a reciprocity agreement in the State of Indiana.For more than twenty-years he has been directly involved with the investigation/reconstruction of approximately two-thousand accidents of all types and the reconstruction of approximately two-hundred and seventy traffic fatalities.

COURT EXPERIENCE

Initially Don Smith qualified as an Expert Witness in accident reconstruction in the District and Circuit Courts of Kalamazoo County.He is also well experienced in accident reconstructions in the following Michigan counties: Allegan, Barry, Berrien, Branch, Calhoun, Cass, Eaton, Grand Traverse, Ingham, Ionia, Jackson, Kalamazoo, Kent, Lake, Mason, Ottawa, St. Joseph, Van Buren, Washtenaw, Wayne, and Wexford as well as the following Indiana counties: Elkhart, Marshall, and St. Joseph, and in the Florida county of Hillsborough.

The last seminar was "Accident Reconstruction" presented by Donald E. Smith, President, D.C. Investigations, Inc.He presented examples of reconstruction that had been recreated on computer.It was not only interesting but thought provoking.

All business was conducted on Saturday.In fact, we were done earlier than expected.
