Dee is a Registered Nurse with experience in the critical care arena, as well as the development of case management systems and processes for major employers and Nurse Case Management companies.In 1987, with the advent of Medicare Utilization Review, she entered the insurance industry and has become a highly experienced professional in the area of Managed Care for both Workers' Compensation and Group Health arenas.Her focus has been in creating innovative health plans including R&D, claims and medical case management consulting for the establishment of best practices.She obtained her CWCP certification in 2005 and is a Medicare Set Aside Consultant, Certified (MSCC).She has been involved in the designing of risk sharing/mitigation programs which resulted in revenue/profit Improvement.Additionally, she has been involved in all aspects of PPO/EPO Development and has formidable experience in government industry client Relations and regulatory compliance, Project/Program Management and Leadership/Business Transformation.
