Debra L. Smith 50, Indianapolis, died Monday, December 13 at 1:10 a.m.She was born November 3, 1954 in Logansport to James S. Smith and Mary E. Meek.She had worked at the Woodlawn Center in Logansport.Debra was also a member of Deer Creek Presbyterian Church and had attended Logansport Schools.She is survived by brothers and sisters, James S. (J. Scott) Smith (wife, Lucy) - Camden, IN, Mitzi Smith Colella (husband, Michael) - St. Charles, MO; half-sister, Patricia Badt - Logansport, IN.She was preceded in death by her father, one sister and a niece.
