Debra W. Smith directs all accounting and financial functions and activities at Fibrebond Corporation and its divisions and subsidiaries.A 1988 graduate of the University of Oklahoma, Debra joined Fibrebond in May of 1992 as Controller.She was elected to the Board of Directors and named Vice President and Chief Financial Officer in July of 1996.Today, Debra is directly responsible for the Information Systems, Human Resources, Security, and Accounting Departments, as well as the administration of the company's 401(k) Profit Sharing Plan.She has extensive experience in the management of accounting, payroll, and bookkeeping functions; computer systems implementation, financial auditing, budgeting, information systems management, and employment benefits coordination.Debra is married to Minden attorney Charles A. Smith, and is the mother of two sons, and one grandchild.
