    ``It's a very liquid stock , and given what the market is doing , ' it is being sold , said Debra Wang Smith , retail analyst with Goldman , Sachs & Co. in New York.Smith has a ``purchase'' rating on the stock and includes it in the ``Latin America recommended list.'' Her target price is $ 28.50 per U.S.-listed American depositary receipt , which rose 2 percent to $ 25.375.

    Other widely traded shares fell.Grupo Financiero Banamex- Accival SA , the second-largest bank and most heavily weighted bank on the index , declined 2.3 percent to 17.95 pesos.The largest bank in the country , Grupo Financiero BBVA Bancomer SA , fell 2.1 percent to 6.85 pesos.

    Cemex SA , the world's third-largest cement maker , declined 1.7 percent to 44.5 pesos.Grupo Televisa SA , the world's largest Spanish language broadcaster , fell 1.4 percent to 19.8 pesos.
