Feeling used and down-trodden Charlotte was persuaded (with a pint of beer and a cupcake) to return to the real world and help found Novate IT. Charlotte runs a tight ship, anyone daring to stray from her plans had better be brave, stupid or resigning!!! When she isn't scaring the staff at Novate she can be found undertaking her favourite new sport On-road Xtreme Stock Car Racing, if you see her coming either park or brace yourself for the impact!!!

Hannah is now responsible for managing some of Novate IT's key client relationships as well as laughing at Stewart's rubbish sense of humour, discussing X Factor with Charlotte and Marta as well as ensuring the company drinks it's EU quota of "Nettle and Mungbean" tea, all very important business!
