Mr. Smith is an associate in Rivkin, Radler & Kremers Santa Rosa office.He joined the Firm in 1998.He has represented clients in litigation and analysis of first- and third-party insurance coverage, environmental insurance coverage, and risk management pools, as well as construction defects litigation, personal injury defense, commercial litigation, and litigation and risk management for produce growers and marketers.He is a member of the Northern California Association of Defense Counsel and Defense Research Institute, as well as the American, California, and Sonoma County Bar Associations.He is also admitted to practice in the United States District Courts for the Central, Northern, Southern, and Eastern Districts of California as well as the State Bar of Washington.

Mr. Smith received his Bachelor of Science degree in Social Science from Kansas State University in 1989.He received his Juris Doctorate in 1991 from the University of Kansas School of Law, where he served as President of the Environmental Law Society and Associate Editor of the Kansas Journal of Law and Public Policy.
