Rick Sims

· Rick Sims, 53, 4897 state Route 361.He is a graduate of Circleville High School.He is a graduate of Wilmington College graduate with a bachelor of science degree and he also graduated from the University of Dayton with a master's degree in educational administration.Sims is a lifelong resident of Pickaway County.He has been married 32 years to Peggy Mayo and has two daughters, Stephanie and Andrea who are college educated.Sims spent 30 years as an educator, currently with Circleville High School.He also has 32 years as grounds and maintenance worker at Forest Cemetery.
