Silvia joined EPHA in December 2006 as a trainee within the Leonardo Project and will be working with EPHA as a Legal and Policy Assistant for 5 months.

In this role she will be involved in various areas of work, including working with the European Parliament, attending meetings on behalf of EPHA, drafting policy papers and providing general support for different areas within EPHA.She will also write articles for the EPHA newsletter.

She will be more specifically working on Information to patients, environment and health, the Common Agriculture Policy

Background

Silvia has a degree in Spanish Law from the University of Extremadura (Spain).During her University years she studied Italian, English and French and spent one year living and studying in Salerno (Italy) under the Erasmus Exchange Programme.

Silvia has a passion for food, dogs and siestas.She enjoys reading historical books and watching European and Argentinian films.
