Harry Simon

Harry Simon is a staff attorney with the National Health Law Program in Los Angeles, and coordinator of the Criminalization Working Group of the Legal Services Homelessness Task Force.He was previously staff attorney at the Legal Aid Society of Orange County, California, and served as lead counsel in a series of lawsuits against the City of Santa Ana, challenging that city's efforts to drive out its homeless residents.
