Australian-made Seaview Brut, says Simms, is new to the province's catalogue of sparkling wines.But it's only been available for a few weeks.
"The anticipation is that it's going to do pretty well," he said.
Retailing for $12.99, it is produced by Southcorp Wines, the same company owns such well-known wineries as Lindemans, Penfolds and Rosemount.
