   Tony Simmons is the Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President of Studio 4 Enterprises, an educational services and management company.While working with numerous national recording artists and record companies, Tony met David Ellis and assisted him in the formation of Studio 4/High School for Recording Arts.

   Tony serves as board member and/or provides technical assistance to such leading national school reform organizations as Edvisions, Inc. and the Black Alliance for Educational Options.He is also a former board member of the Minnesota Association of Charter Schools.Tony has served as a member of the Saint Paul School District Quality Review Team to evaluate district sponsored independent charter schools and has spoken or presented at numerous conferences including the Oxford Roundtable, Oxford University (Designing Leadership and Practices for the Future of Public Education), University of Illinois at Springfield (In The Mix: Cross Dialogues Regarding HipHop Culture), and Minnesota State University at Mankato (Juvenile Delinquency and the Studio Model).He also conceptualized and is one of the developers of Another Level Records Worldwide, a collaborative online learning community based around the recording industry.He was also part of the development team for Minnesota's first online project-based charter school called EdVisions Online Academy.Tony attended Howard University and Pace University where he graduated with a BA in Political Science and from Rutgers University School of Law.Tony is a native New Yorker who enjoys live music, traveling, reading and writing.

   Tony Simmons, director of development for Studio 4/HSRA and cofounder/CEO of Another Level Records.Upon graduation from law school, Tony focused his law practice in the areas of criminal and entertainment law.He met David Ellis while he was a recording artist with Prince and assisted him in the formation of Studio 4, HSRA and Another Level Records.He later relocated to Minnesota to become program director of Studio 4/HSRA.Today, Tony's responsibilities are to raise funds for the school and explore new business opportunities for the studio.Tony authored the Business of Music course and oversees Another Level Records and The Fo-Show.
