Mr. Simmons has a professional business background spanning 38 years.He is both a seasoned executive, with five major multinational electronics firms, and an entreprenuer, having started four private companies.Mr. Simmons has substantial international experience in both Europe and Asia; he was an operating executive with US based subsidiaries of Japanese and German parent companies.His most recent endeavor was that of co-founding a contract manufacturing firm, which operates two factories near Shanghai, China.Mr. Simmons is presently an independent consultant and private investor.
