Ms. Joanna Simmons

The lawsuit will largely be implemented by the lawyers involved, with Joanna Simmons, APA staff lawyer, and Fergus MacKay of the Forest Peoples Programme being responsible for much of the evidence preparation, coordination of the expert witnesses and briefing the two lead counsels.
