Mr. Simmons is President of Cavalcade Media, joining the company during the acquisition of his former company, Cineports.com, Inc.Simmons boasts a strong business acumen in acquisition and fundraising, including the development of several successful startup companies including Entera Entertainment (a Spanish language media company), Interstar Distribution (a feature film theatrical distribution company which he sold to Westinghouse Broadcasting) and the acquisition of Golden West Television Productions, a television programming and distribution company from KKR.Simmons is no stranger to the sports programming and syndication business, serving as an Executive Producer for Turner Sports College Sports division.Mr. Simmons is a member of the National Advisory Board of the LiliClaire Foundation, which assists children with Williams Syndrome.
