Jim Simkins serves The Council on Quality and Leadership (CQL) as Director of Administration. While working on his Master of Social Work degree from the University of Maryland, he interned with the federal government's model Work/Life program at the United States Department of Health and Human Services in Washington D.C. and has done consultation work for Amtrak.
