Dr. Silver continues to hold the position of Fellowship Director and maintains the only Atlanta area facility to train and mentor other facial plastic surgeons in the art and skills of facial plastic and reconstructive surgery.

Dr. Silver serves on the executive committee of the Medical Association of Atlanta and has been elected to assume the position of Presidency in 2008.He is an active medical staff member at Emory Dunwoody Hospital, Northside Hospital, St. Joseph Hospital, Children's Healthcare, Grady Hospital, North Fulton Hospital, and DeKalb General Hospital.Dr. Silver is triple board certified and serves as an assistant professor of surgery at the Emory University School of Medicine, and is Vice President and Fellowship Director of the American Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery.

Renowned nationally and internationally, Dr. Silver is dedicated to sharing his knowledge to other physicians through his lectures, teaching and training in the art and science of facial cosmetic surgery.While keeping a busy travel schedule, he always reserves plenty of time to care for his patients as well as accepting new patients.Whether a minor flaw, the aging process, or the effect of an illness or accident, Dr. Silver understands the connection between the way people feel about their appearance and the way they feel about themselves.He believes it is a unique privilege to enhance not only a person's appearance but more importantly their self-esteem.His goal is to restore a healthy, natural, beautiful, and youthful appearance using the latest, most advanced techniques in facial plastic non-surgical and surgical procedures.His greatest joy comes from improving the lives of his patients.

Dr. Silver is actively involved with the "Face to Face" program here in Atlanta providing restorative surgery for battered women as well as his travels across the world providing facial plastic reconstructive surgery to correct deformities and disfigurement due to hereditary or tragedy to those unable to afford otherwise.Dr. Silver also remains active and raises funding for UNICEF, American Breast Cancer Society, the Leukemia & Lymphoma Foundation, and the American Heart Association, among others.He has remained committed to providing not only support but treatment for families and children in need.
