Kalikow spokesman Aaron Siegel said the firm is the equity partner in the joint venture. The land was acquired a year ago for $5.5 million.

As Vice President of the Kalikow Group, Mr. Siegel's primary responsibilities include analyzing and performing due diligence on prospective acquisitions and managing existing projects.

Mr. Siegel's extensive real estate finance and business knowledge afford him the ability to creatively structure, negotiate and diligently underwrite new transactions and effectively manage active projects in the company's portfolio.

Prior to joining The Kalikow Group in 2004, Siegel was with Angelo, Gordon and Co., where he worked for the finance and accounting group of a $1 billion real estate portfolio. Prior to that, Siegel worked for a boutique hedge fund and the Ernst and Young Kenneth Leventhal Real Estate Group in Manhattan.

Mr. Siegel received a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin with a focus in Real Estate Finance and Accounting. Mr. Siegel is also a Certified Public Accountant in the State of New York and a member of the Wisconsin Real Estate Alumni Association.
