Shulman, age 52, is a nominee to serve as a Director of the Company.Since 1984, Mr. Shulman has served as the President of Ramsay Fabrics, Inc., a manufacturer of specialty woven products for home furnishings, industrial, apparel, and other specialized applications.Mr. Shulman received a B.A. degree in economics and a Masters degree in Business Administration from Stanford University in 1973 and 1976, respectively.
