Before joining the legal profession, Mr. Shulman served as a research assistant for a healthcare think tank in Washington, DC.Mr. Shulman has also interned for a Massachusetts State House senator and for a British Member of Parliament.

BOCA RATON, Fla. -- Joel L. Shulman has joined Sachs Sax Klein as an associate, practicing in the areas of employment law, construction and mold litigation, and insurance coverage.

Shulman received his B.A. at Ithaca College, Ithaca, New York in 1994 and his J.D. at the University of Miami School of Law, Coral Gables, Florida in 2000.A member of the Florida Bar since 2000, he is also admitted to the Massachusetts Bar and the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida.He previously served as a research assistant for a non-profit healthcare organization in Washington, DC, and as a research assistant intern for a Massachusetts state senator and for a member of the British Parliament.

A resident of Ft. Lauderdale, Shulman is a member of the American Bar Association, South Palm Beach Bar Association and the Miami-Dade County Bar Association.
