Michael Shoap

Michael Shoap has been hired as development director.He will be responsible for all contractor oversight as well as the management of the Upgrades program.

Shoap has more than 15 years of experience in the construction industry, most recently as construction manager at Titan Construction Company in Delaware.In addition, he has worked as senior construction manager for Toll Brothers Inc., and as owner of White Clay Contracting Inc.

He has a B.S. in Hotel Management from The Pennsylvania State University.
