PETER J. SHIPLEY, MBASenior Associate

Peter is senior consultant with almost 10 years of experience within international and domestic telecommunications.His experience both within finance and sales has given him a thorough range of product knowledge and understanding of both the large multi-national corporate and small to medium size enterprise telecommunications marketplace.

Initially involved as a project team member with the Overseas Private Investment Corporation financing the build out of cellular ground stations in Africa, Peter went on to become a Financial Analyst within the Europe region of Teleglobe Communications Corporation based in Reston, Va.Following this, he was a Business Manager for Europe providing global networks to a variety of regional multinational corporate clients.After leaving Teleglobe, Peter became a principal and Director of Business Development with BetterWorld Telecom providing voice and data service to small and medium sized business and non-profit organizations in and around Washington DC.

Peter holds a BA in Economics and French from the University of Arizona and earned his MBA in 1998 focusing on European business studies Thunderbird, The American Graduate School of International Management.
