To retain this character in came our innovative dealer Eventemp (Midlands) Ltd, Paul Shipley of Eventemp said "The effect we wanted to achieve was to maintain the impact of the roof structure and the ambience of the old building whilst providing a comfortable working environment We spent some time searching the market for the right air conditioning unit where aesthetics of the fan coil worked in the space and met the conditions".Paul tells us the Daikin equipment FUY125 under ceiling cassette fan coil units and RY125 heat pump condensers were perfect, the installation went well and has since been operating without a hitch.The area is being used as a main reception and administration office leased by Tioga Ltd.

Paul joined the company twelve years ago after serving an engineering apprenticeship elsewhere and now heads the contracts side of the business including scheduling and planning.

He is responsible for the preparation of working drawings using AutoCAD®.

Paul is normally the person who will attend site meetings during contract periods.
