Paul has 15 years experience of Facility / Operational management in local government and not for profit sector. He was awarded the top student award by the ISRM in 1995 and completed his post graduate Diploma in management studies at Christ Church university college in Canterbury.

During the 90's he successfully tendered and operated facility management contracts in Surrey, where he led various teams to achieve high standards in quality and customer services, which were acknowledged with the prestigious Charter Mark, BSEN ISO 90002 and Quest awards.

He moved to Bromley in 2001 to assist with the set up of the Leisure Trust and the return of the main Leisure Centres from the then external management contractor.
