Daniel Shields currently resides in Milford, CT with his wife, Mari.Mr. Shields is an Active member of the Mystery Writers of America.He also takes part in a MWA Mentor Program that gives guidance to unpublished authors.His previous writing credits include Raising the Seams: Nine Tales of Murder and the Macabre as well as Firewoman, both published by Mystery Writers Press.In addition, Mr. Shields is a member of the Horror Writers Association as well as the Milford Fine Arts Council. In his professional life, Mr. Shields works as a college administrator and also teaches classes in Literature and Creative Writing.He holds a Master's Degree in Literature from Southern Connecticut State University and is currently working towards his Ph.D. in Education from Capella University.Finally, Mr. Shields is a lifelong New York Yankees Fan.
