He has also held senior management positions in technology, pharmaceutical and manufacturing companies with responsibilities encompassing experience finance, legal, operations, information systems and human resources. Dan has worked for such companies as Ernst & Young, Oracle Systems and other publicly traded companies. He is a Certified Public Accountant and supports other organizations including the Coastal Repertory Theatre in Half Moon Bay, the Coastside Collaborative for Children and the Marine Mammal Center.

Dan ShieldsVice President/Chief Financial OfficerDan has more than 20 years of business operation and management experience primarily with high-technology companies.He worked with Oracle Corporation during its early phase of development playing a significant role in establishing the company's European operations and getting the company ready for its IPO.Dan's work at Oracle included setting up distribution , marketing , and hiring and training of staff.He also worked with Ernst & Young L.L.P. , a Big 6 accounting firm , in their audit practice.Currently he is a consultant with Deloitte & Touche , L.L.P. , working with technology companies.Dan has played a major role in establishing RS's infrastructure , including finance , human resources and marketing.Dan received a Bachelor of Science in Business at New York University and is a Certified Public Accountant.
