INTRODUCTION OF MR K. J SHETHNA

Mr.K.J Shethna born in January 1933 at Surat is M.Com., LL.M. and advocate by profession.He studied at Surat and completed his post graduation in commerce at Sir K.P. College of Commerce.He completed his Ll.B. and LL.M. from Gujarat University.During his student life he has been awarded with various awards in debate competitions.

Mr. K. J. Shethna started his career with senior advocate Shri D.F.Jafarabadwala at Surat.In 1962 he moved to Ahmedabad from Surat to practice as advocate in Gujarat High Court.He has also given his services as part-time lecturer at Shri Motilal Nehru Law College for four years.

He has been member of Gujarat Bar Council from 1964 and also given services as Vice Chairman and Chairman of Executive Committee.He has also represented in Bar Council of India as representative of Gujarat State Bar Council during 1982 to 1994.He was also acted as Vice Chairman and Acting Chairman of Bar Council of India in past.He has also given services as member and Chairman of two Disciplinary Committee of Bar Council of India.

He has given services as President of Gujarat High Court Advocate Association and at present also acts as President of Gujarat High Court Advocate Association.

He has also given his services as Trustee and President of Ahmedabad Parsi Panchayat Trust.
