Haag Sherman serves as an Executive Vice President of The Redstone Companies, specializing in private equity investments.Mr. Sherman also serves as President of Redstone Consulting, L.L.C., a broker-dealer and wholly-owned subsidiary of The Redstone Companies.Mr. Sherman began his career with Price Waterhouse, where he focused primarily on auditing and providing financial services to small businesses.Mr. Sherman then attended law school and thereafter joined the Houston office of Akin, Gump, Strauss, Hauer & Feld, where he specialized in M&A and corporate securities transactions.Mr. Sherman is an honors graduate of the University of Texas School of Law and a cum laude graduate of Baylor University (B.B.A. in Accounting and Economics) and is also a CPA and a member of the State Bar of Texas.
