Jean Shepherd is corporate secretary, database manager and Webmaster for BFF.

She has worked at Oregon Health & Science University since 1992, where she is a data analyst and Web manager for the OHSU Transplant Program and the Pacific Northwest Transplant Bank.In 2002, she also began a business, Jemstone Design, which specializes in creating Web sites accessible to users with disabilities.In 2005, she elected to focus on accessible Web consulting and started Jean E's Web Accessibility.
