JANE SHEPHERD - Leasing Director

Handling leasing and brokerage being licensed in North Carolina and South Carolina, she joined the group in 1999 bringing 24 years of experience in commercial real estate to the team. Jane's experience includes every aspect of retail real estate. As Vice President of real estate for a local developer she handled the acquisition, renovation and leasing of ten shopping centers. Her experience included retail land sales, out-parcel sales, along with leasing and tenant representation. She has worked with asset managers for banks and pension funds and is currently representing a regional shopping center owned by one of the largest pension funds in the United States.
